Bring food ....there may be a cafe stop in Stewarton but don't know if big enough or open on Sunday but the treacle scones are recommended. We stopped for coffee at The Mill in Stewarton, which is rather posh - pink champagne by the till! This was followed by the climb out of Stewarton and then the sewing bee route, with a slight deviation at Neilston. 70 lumpy interesting miles for me. Thanks to Davie for the route. As I had not suffered enough finished off the day with the mini tour of Flanders route up by Beith golf course.
