However they were also binned before I had a chance to return them. So new shorts for me. On the quality side, I cannot fault the pro windtex jacket. It is a shame the shorts were so bad. 2023 Subscriptions P McDonald Posted January 21, 2012 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted January 21, 2012 With the theme of Endura bashing I thought I should balance the debate, Was out for 4.1/2 hours today with frequent hail showers and temperatures dipping to 3 or 4 degrees. Was wearing my windtex JWCC jacket with one long sleeve vest and one no sleeve vest. Absolutely no chill in body or arms - jackets are excellent. Richie Cross Posted February 2, 2012 Report Share Posted February 2, 2012 After being swayed on another thread to save some money and go for a club Windtex jacket rather than a Mavic one - some questions if I may: 1) would a large in this (and a gilet) fit if I'm a large in the club jersey 2) is the jacket like a windproof race cape style, boil in the bag, or are there pockets at the rear? I'm picturing it as being like the same material thickness as a gilet but with sleeves? 3) I'm lost on what items are either Pro gilet/jacket/shorts or no Pro?
