I was all up for riding tomorrow, but 6 months off the bike and my ass doesn't know what's hit it!! 30 miles yesterday and mon derrière is still très painful. A wee bit of help.

Legs were sore from a sprint through the length of Glasgow to catch my bus last night haha! Paul, Richard tells me you went back to look for me - you should have just left me, but thanks anyway.

Nice ride, the 5 of us wheelers(Daryl, Hugh, Greig, Ian and me) jumped onto the Renfrew bunch before Bishopton. I had an easy ride at the back of the train on the westferry before finding my legs and doing a bit of work from the top of the Clune. Hugh and Daryl were taking turns throughout, think we lost Greig when all but him and a few others took the Clune shortcut.
