you should have enterd a mans event, wheelers dont cancel, we are so hard that when we send a group out its norm for only 60% to finish, the poor 40% are left to perish in the snow.

Gummers got a reaction from Darryl Gunson in Reliability 4 - The Wallplanner Run
The inaugural Wallplanner Run was an amazing success except of course for the hollow sprint at Largs! Great to have Darryl back, bringing with him to the bunch a sense of decorum and occasion.
Charlie, please come back! Say no more.

Gummers got a reaction from David Thomson in Reliability 4 - The Wallplanner Run
Good question Ian! I'm going to have a go at answering.
"Wallplanner", from the English "wall-planner" meaning "wall planner" derived from the Latin "wallus plannus". This popular Victorian passtime provided an excellent opportunity for victorians to travel around, usually "by cycle" (later to become known as "bicycle") generally planning walls and stuff. Hence the sport of bicycling was born, later to be known as cycling. The pass time became less popular following a rather excessively enthusiastic russian cycling group who following a trip to eastern germany established a Berlin based wall planning group who created a highly controversial and ultimately divisive exhibition piece in the early 1950's. This now minority hobby is usually limited to private dwelling places and some offices and usually involves checking internal walls for any plans for cycling or "by cycling" for those of a more traditional orientation. I hope this helps? Any questions, Wikipedia is a great source, as well as the Museum of Wall Planning

i probably speake for a lot of guys, what IS a wall planner?

Gummers reacted in Reliability 4 - The Wallplanner Run
Before Billy posts the specifics....
Greg and his wall planner have indicated that this run is after the club dance. So lets all carry on the party atmosphere and make the last reliability a good one!
On a more serious note anyone who has ever mentioned wall planner, Greg, Sunday is after Saturday etc etc in a derogatory manner MUST ATTEND!!!! (Greg will be taking a roll call)
As one of the main contributors to the wall planner bashing, I will be there with bells on!
See you all on Saturday night (the night before Sunday's reliability run)

I've entered for the night after Tuesday next week. And entered it on my electronic planner on my iPad.
Wall planners are so old hat.

Gummers reacted to Alan McLean in WC Bunch 16/2
Yes it was a Joansin bunch braving the rain today with the kooryers elsewhere training for the TT on Sunday.
11 became 9 became 6 became 4 as we headed round to West Kilbride where Paul stamped on the gas.
Rain, wind, mist, mud: it's all good training for switching on Eurosport, cracking a Leffe and shouting at Tom in a few weeks time.

Danny a 1st and 2nd - outstanding
Lewis - won the B devil - also outstanding
Richard - =3rd in B points - and he said he was just going to experiment with gears!
Me - 4th in B scratch
Pretty certain JWCC would get the team prize for the B series tonight ( if there was one!)
