Â Full coast for the first time in what seems months. Â Usual route to Largs, on down the coast to Ardrossan and then Kilwinning. Top side of Barrmill circuit, Gateside, Bowfield and a habble back to Johnstone. Â Steady pace but not dawdlin'. Usual cafe stop,time constrained bale outs etc. Â 09.00 Miller Street roll out.
