Paul C
It is 47 miles. http://www.mapmyride.com/routes/view/1787383 Bowfield, Lugton, Dunlop, Stewarton, Fenwick loop around through MOscow and same route back (in reverse). 2023 Subscriptions ginty001 Posted February 6, 2012 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted February 6, 2012 Can't make this Sunday, but will drop off a soup pot to heat up the remaining cartons of soup that are in the fridge... I think we need to invest in a new microwave, unless of course anyone happens to be replacing their perfectly good working one for a nice new fancy number  Probably enough soup left for a dozen or so people...  Ian
Richie Cross
9.30 bunch for me but.....will this still be intermediate pace or will there be many main bunch interlopers sending the pace to somewhere in between the 2? Â Yes, I would class myself as in interloper if I may class myself as a main bunch rider/hanger on these days! Â Reasons for me are that on recent runs my legs have been cooked after 40-50 main bunch miles so my plan had been to go at intermediate pace and give myself a confidence boost and reminder I can go further.* Â *47 miles is in that range but I'll be adding another 20 to/from clubrooms
Mark O
Richardo, Â You'll be fine, once the 09.45 bunch zip past on the return, with the Peacock express up front dragging us along apace, just latch onto a wheel. Don't worry about the 10 home, you'll be fortified with some fine soup and tea and coffee. It will be a civilised trundle, promise! Â Can meet you on the track on Sunday and pick up Paul at Semple. Davie B you joining us this weekend? Â M
DavieB
Marko, Â Anything which keeps me away from the land of "need to", IKEA and Dobbies is a good thing - even sore legs. Â Plan on doubling up the Renfra on the Saturday with 09:45 reliability. Â D

2023 Subscriptions Ramsay Posted February 7, 2012 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted February 7, 2012 Richie, Â 09:30 bunch should be "normal" club run pace. If anyone wants to push the pace, then they should go in the 09:45 bunch. 09:00 is "30 milers" pace. Â Going to try and make it out on Sunday, so may join the 09:30 bunch. Â Cheers, R

Paul C
Glad to see you are getting back on the bike!!! Last week's 09:30 bunch was pretty brisk.. Route was changed last week so it was flat run with ave speed according to my computer 17.3 mph. More undulating this Sunday. I am doing 09:
l80own
might start with the 9:00 group then and if feeling fit jump on to the 9:30 bunch when you pass
Brummie Matt
I will be out with the 0930 group, looking forward to some undulations rather than the flat and fast of last Sunday. With a bit of luck I will have some mudguards fitted if they turn up tomorrow!! See you at some stage on Sunday.
