I will not be out with you guys tomorrow as been invited out for a spin with a friend of my wifes!!?? You never know your rotten luck our paths may cross during the morning. Have a good ride if I don't see you.

I will be heading out in the morning, could do with getting a few climbs in my legs if anyone is up for it. If not can tag on with whoever, flat miles are better than no miles. See you in the morning. Matt

Guys, I am pretty much in the same position as Boyd as I have my eldest daughter this weekend and need to take her home at about 3pm so might be a bit stretched to fit the whole run in. Am happy to come along but will have to turn round at about 1130. I am happy to get going half an hour earlier if it means getting the full ride in but will go with the flow. I am now back from my month down South and cannot wait to get back in the saddle. I too will be leaving from Paisley so could meet up at the old Dobbies on Barrhead Road for those heading out to the RV at Pollock Park. Let me know if this suits anyone. I am heading out for 60 miles or so on Friday morning as cannot make it out on Sunday due to work commitments - anyone interested in joining me? Relatively flexible about start time but will be heading out from Dykebar.

Many thanks to Boyd and all the group for a really enjoyable morning today I thoroughly enjoyed myself with plenty left in the tank for a 5 mile blast home. Cannot make it next week as am home alone with a 9 and 1 year old but will be out the following week. Matt

Unfortunately I am away on a course at the Defence Academy in Shrivenham, Wiltshire. Let me know if there is anything I can assist with after the meeting.

I would like to get involved but realistically could only make a meeting on Thursday or Friday evenings or at the weekend as the Queen keeps me busy with the Royal Navy in Rosyth Monday to Wednesday.

I will aim to be out on Sunday as will be out of the saddle for at least two weeks. We could head down track to Kilbirnie and get onto Failrlie Moor to Largs and then back in either over Old Largs Road or flat and fast. Anyone got an opinion?

Fellow Wheelers, Not sure about parking as have not been to Balloch for a while, may I suggest meeting on the A82 at Dumbarton at the Esso petrol station say at 0650, this would then allow us to drive to Balloch, park up and get started on time? Let me know if you intend RV as suggested. Matt

Billy, I would be interested in some coaching as have only been cycling for just over a year. Thu, or Fri evenings would suit me as I work in Rosyth until Thursday afternoons. Matt

Is there anyone going out on Sunday from the intermediate group as am keen to get out? Matt

Does anyone from the intermediate group fancy a couple of hours of fresh air on Friday as been away on a course and a missing mounting my Bianchi!! I am fairly flexible on time and can meet anywhere between Dykebar and the club room.

Jody, Will be going out tomorrow around 1000 if that suits for a couple of hours. Nice and steady as my legs are battered after today. I stay in Dykebar so let me know a suitable RV and we can make the necessary arrangements. Matt

Anyone fancy getting out around lunchtime on the above days. My brother is visiting and keen to get out for around 50 miles at least twice at between 15-16mph. Being a Brummie I will head out of Johnstone into the Ayrshire countryside and get lost.
