That’s a pity, Glen. Any other adults going that are driving to the ferry or want to hire a car with me? I promise not to do my car pool karaoke.

Yes I want to go I cannot miss this one. Chung has advised me to learn to swear in Flemish. Also advice on the Koppenberg??? I thought that was a cider.
Although I will most definately be singing happy to hire or car share.
Also can someone tell me how I book accomodation?
All help much appreciated and Thank You Chung for the words of wisdom.

Any wheelers fancy joining us?
We had the best digs last year, all mod cons, cheap and good location. Planning to stay an extra night this time so we can enjoy the apres-race experience.

Martin - many thanks for the advice. I'd love to attend the AGM and curry. It'll be a good opportunity to catch up with old faces and meet some new ones.
Chung, Iain and Darryl - thanks for the good wishes guys. Hopefully meet up on some bunch rides when I'm up to it.
Charlie - I'm definitely up for the Wednesday rides but I need to get fitter first. Been a few years since I've done any serious miles and I don't want to hold you back!

Hi Guys,
Having spent the last few years working abroad, I've now retired and returned home. Not wanting to turn into a full-blown couch potato, I'd like to re-join the mighty Wheelers. Assuming you may actually let me back in, can someone advise on how best to go about this please?
Cheers,
Frank

We're doing the 174km version. Hoping to stay in same digs as last year, 1km off the haaghoek.

Just the usual suspects
Assembling a squad of Jets and parents under a group entry. How far are you going? Where are you planning on staying?
PS 5 months today 🙂

Good run today Linda, Tommy, Graham , Dave and myself toured elderslie , beith, lochwinnoch, port Glasgow thru Houston and back to the clubhouse, strong headwind slowed us down but all in all it was great company and good to be out.

great turn out today, fab to have so many supporting the hill climb. Jets are too light and don't have to work night shift.

We were most of the way up the climb anyway - didn't miss much! Roadside repair and then carried on, taking the rough track along by the reservoir for a short cut back to kilma for coffee.
Only 40km but a good wee run all the same.

I think to spice it up next we should have to repeat every half hour until the Jets crumble and I beat Paul McD.
Great event. Thanks to the organisers.
