Tweaked a hamstring but no other damage. Lasted as far as Bishopton before calling it over for the day. Shower and a heat pad for the rest of the day. Alan Michael Posted January 29, 2017 Report Share Posted January 29, 2017 Yeah totally ice free ride on a beautiful day to be going over Loch thom and still managed to come off, in awe of the scenery and in full conversation with Ian when my front wheel went from under me on a cattle grid, nearly taking out Ian and sending him into a bog. Sprained my wrist but more embarrassed than anything, that'll teach me to concentrate in future.
