Billy, there is a section in the club constitution that states every club member must Marshall/volunteer at at least one event each year or face suspension.

 

Doesn't specify if this is suspension by the ankles or suspension from the club.

Corner 3 John and Colin

Could the nominated car drivers pm Kenny reg number of their cars ASAP

Andy Tom have pecelled you two in for service cars as we can't use jeep type cars in the convoy

 

Still wanted is a few more marshals and first aid if we don't get them then I will use those who want to race which is my last resort.

All Those on sign in duties are required for 0830 all others 0915 for safety briefing and comm briefing.

 

Race Starts at 1000 am and a full feild is expected.

 

Corner numbers commence after the start/ Finish line

Looking for an experienced racer to run as service if any of the above would like to swap with Andy

Billy - I was out on the bike this evening.

On the Barrmill circuit between corners 1 and 2 the Council has resurfaced the road today by spraying it with tar, pouring on loose gravel and leaving it to traffic to compact it.

Since there is little traffic on that road there will be little compaction before Saturday. There would still be a lot of loose gravel on the inside and between the tyre tracks.

You may want have a look. The first corner could be tricky.

Anybody fancy doing some baking we could do with cakes scones and things to feed the riders after the race

 

I can't make Saturday as I'm going to a wedding. Happy to bake some banana loaf, spice loaf or muffins if I could drop them off to someone on Friday who could carry them to event on Saturday (and not eat them on Fri night).
