Life Members chung Posted May 22, 2012 Life Members Report Share Posted May 22, 2012 Billy, I think from clubroom & back, at least 90 miles. Piece of cake after our recent Sunday run. Chung

2023 Subscriptions Tom Hill Posted May 22, 2012 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted May 22, 2012 Was thinking easy too as some are racing on Saturday. However, if the weather is good loch Katrine would be ideal. Tom
Mark O
Racing on Saturday. Would prefer a flat 50 miler on Sunday but if the weather is set fair and the pace is....forgiving then I may be up for Loch Katrine. If my legs are totally gubbed then I shall probably stay local. Will post if I'm coming out to play. M

al yuille
Bailouts at Drymen and Aberfoyle. Route round the Loch is great if you can find the time - and no traffic. Billy - do a P McD and you'll be back in plenty of time !

Members Richard
Do we have an initial route plan? I'll meet the bunch at the petrol station on Stockiemuir Road if you're coming through Hardgate. But if you're minded to head for Croftamie via Bonhill and Cycle Route 7, then I'll see you all at the bridge. PS Hope you don't have to bail out early, Billy. This run's a good 'un. al yuille
Richard I think route 7 will be the quieter option on what will be, I'm sure, a busy sun. Pipe track to Aberfoyle for coffee then anti clockwise for the Katrine loop. Simon Simpson tells me the Pier tea room at the end of the loch is good for lunch. 815 for those from the clubrooms, 9 at the bridge ?
