Another good day on the saddle with 90 miles on my Garmin, good solid winter miles I think.
 
Good to see Jody back out again after a period of absent due to the new arrival of Wee Harry, well done & congratulations Jody!
 
P.S the cafe in West Kilbride was really good, another one in my list definitely.

had a good introduction to the sat run,droped of the back at west k but sat within view most of the time, got to kilwinning and went the shorter way home coffee and bacon roll in graze caffe then home, not the fastest but not blowen up.

Good ride today after a bit of a pedestrian start.

93 miles on the clock for me so all good. Hopefullt the extra training is starting to pay off although won't know till I finish the weights sessions. Thanks for waiting at main rd Andy - we took the shortcut through Kilbarchan back to Bishopton. Legs gubbed now but still smiling from all the effort today

Tough day for me guys! 90 miles on the clock which was at least 35 too much. Managed the last 25 on my own still averaging 17mph which is better than I would have managed not too long ago when feeling good. I knew it was going to be tough getting back on the rails, so quite positive.

It's been weeks since I cycled outside. I'd love to join you all tomorrow, but with weather warnings in place for ice, snow AND wind, I'm not even going to set the alarm for a look out of the window. Stay safe if you do venture out, folks.

Session was 10 until 12. Greg did us proud and wore the club colours. I played it safe in fear of disgracing the JWCC! :-)

Is that not what you do every Saturday night MacNoshow? Getting pissed that is, not starting a diet. Getting soft MacB. Any softer and the jury will be out on you attaining doughnut status.
Anyhoo not a bad run despite the odd shower. Took about 20 mins in the shower to thaw out tho. As always fun once you've dragged your butt out of bed and onto the saddle. Takes a bit of manning up that's all.

Oohhh exciting!! Could you pm (forum/facebook, what ever suits) some details!! potentially interested!!
