Punctured outside bishopton and had a long chase all the way to Largs. Pace was string all the way to Kilwinning and on the climb out I got dropped which was what I expected. Greg and I worked together back to Howwood. Feeling knackered but good! Looking forward to Accreditation 4 on Tuesday night with Ross and Greg. Nearly hung on but snapped within striking distance of Lugton. Good jwcc representation and not the usual suspects. We average 21mph to Largs. Pace notched up after then but I kept going through anyway even though there were only 5 people doing any work. Paid the price & got sawn off 2.5 miles from Lugton, Charlie hung on a bit further. Good workout but wish I had the confidence to empty myself to hang on until the top of the "next climb" rather than worry about blowing & getting home. Definitely gonna keep doing this of a Saturday.
