Are you able to assist? It would be greatly appreciated. Please post below

  1. We are looking for assistance on the Saturday and / or Sunday to drive the three routes to take note of roadworks or other diversions. In previous years we have split this into sections so that there was no need to drive all of the route
  2. One or two members required to man the sign-on desk. All sign on sheets will be provided. It's a case of making sure that all riders sign on on the morning as well as taking monies for those riders entering on the day
  3. Is there anyone who could stand in as replacement Organiser as I now need to be in Manchester that weekend? Duties would include reviewing Risk Assessment on day, briefing the riders, setting riders off in groups of 20 at designated times, being point of contact for any incidents

All catering has been organised

Long route

Watch out for potholes on road in to Beith.

Roadworks in Kilwinning on main rd just after right turn in to town. Trmp lights there. Temp lights in Largs main st just after Haylie Brae. Temp lights in Gourock just as u leave town. Quite substantial. Trmp lights in Kilmacolm just after pub( 4 way so could be delay)

Watch downhill section heading towards Lochwinnoch. Lots of potholes and road erosion on inside
