KennyS Posted December 12, 2015 Report Share Posted December 12, 2015 I can add some general info to this Sessions will be on a Sunday evening from 5-7 and/or 7-9. Some weeks will have one session and others will have two sessions depending on track availability (Scottish Cycling and British Cycling have track time on Sundays which can be until 7pm some weeks) Each club will be expected to provide their own accredited track coach. Glasgow Life coaches will not be available The coach will have full responsibly for the session, including the booking of it Track bikes will be available for hire from the Hire Station Session will be open to accredited and non-accrediated riders (depends how the coach wants to runs it) Session will be open to Youth and Senior rider (depends how the coach wants to runs it) Estimated cost is approx £260 for the 2hr session (not sure if this includes bike hire) Details on all of the above will be released imminently by Glasgow Life. Sessions expected to start in the New Year and will be on a first come first served basis. If there is information missing when making the booking then the booking will go to the next club in line so all paperwork, incl First Aid certification, BC membership, Coach Certification, etc... will need to be spot-on ** Information subject to change thejanullrichdietplan 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

So 2 groups could be workable. Of course that means the coach doesn't get a break so not my place to really say anything! Appreciate you enthusiasm and help as always. As Paul says, the two group thing works well. Just a thought...if you get other clubs along to make up numbers, maybe they could also bring a coach which would then free you up to ride some. Bike hire £11.40 if you need to hire a bike Happy to arrange and book but it is of course up to Billy when is convenient for him. Looking at the schedule the first 2 dates we have club reliabilities on, the 3rd the Don Smith memorial and the 4th is the Fenwick APR which a few will be doing.
