Not quite the relaxing Wednesday I had planned but much more fun! Great roads and bunch.
Thanks to Tommy for converting my bike to a fixie after my gear cable snapped.
-
I've also got tickets for this. If anyone needs some get in touch.

Gerard I can help. I'll probably have a 2 year old so if you can sort me something up at the sign on that would be appreciated.

Sounds great.
Safety is paramount, as much I as don't want to go to work the day after the chainy we all have to so lets try to stay alive!

Guys, probably going to give it a miss this week. Hope it's dry!

As above

Should we consider tonight as being an occasion which the extreme weather protocol kicks in?? Meet in Houston then straight to Amaretto?

Thanks to Ian for time keeping and Alan for organising. Still looking for the terrific descent that Alan promised! 😫

This should show you where it is...

Hope to be out, weather permitting of course! Don't have fast legs and not convinced my bike will stay together after my maintenance!

Keeping an eye on this. Can't think of a reason not to at the moment. Need to check with the other half.

Star Guest David Griffiths (Bioracer) had done one attempt in 19m 37s, and when he saw us asked if he could join in for a second run. He lowered his skis by 4cm and went over a minute slower (on similar power). I was getting so excited when he hadn't passed my by the turn (9m30s in)... not unhappy with 22m18s, but for a few minutes I thought I was on for a monster PR. Next time. There is always a next time
Great time Ian!

Great turnout tonight! Nice to see some new faces and some not so new.
Alan I paid you £3 at sign on. I heard through the grapevine that a certain Mr Archibald had started a just giving page to get his new bike repaired...I'm not saying he never paid but...

Great to see so many out tonight. Top night for it.
Can't recommend the Thursday night bunch enough, get out early season and get those legs going. An added bonus of Ian Archibald having peaked in January once again, get out and see him getting dropped on the GT. A sight to behold!

Enjoyed the second hour, first was full before I could book it , and I looked magnificent in my new Black and pink skin suit
What is it they say? If you can't go fast, look fast...
Smart kit xxx
Tough couple of hours, I knew it was going to be bad when I walked in and the cancelled Gifford race guys were all there.

Booked in for DST on Tuesday also, 1 space Ieft if anyone's interested.

Frustrating...I've been looking out for this all week, when it never appeared i decided I'd go out Sunday and Friday would be wine night.
Against my better judgement I've now booked both also. See you there!

Davie, have you still got the 530 for sale? My garmin gave up the ghost tonight.
