An alternative to a professional fit is to borrow a set of rollers from someone and spend an afternoon altering your position and videoing each change. I use wee coloured stickers on the seatpost, saddle rails and bars to track the changes. It'll quickly become obvious what looks and feels better, and as Iain says, there's lots of information available online.
 

 
Perhaps a professional fit would produce a better result (plenty of folk look better on a bike than me; few are as reluctant to spend money!) I suppose it all depends on the skill of the fitter.
 
What's happening to your right foot on the road bike and are you using different shoes/pedals when you ride it?

If interested in doing accreditation 1 there's a space for Tuesday 9 dec 18.00 as I have cancelled my slot. I found it a bit of a nightmare to get booked onto so hopefully this makes it easier if anyone is interested.

Gutted the tendon on my thumb has detached after Sundays spill, I have surgery on Thursday to reattach it, all going well I'll be in plaster for 4 to 6 weeks so won't be out for a while, billys training plan's going to take a dent also. :'( on the bright side, bikes in getting fixed.

I still can't believe this is the same Alan Michael that I witness who not so long ago, going round a roundabout and skidded, lost control of his bike but managed somehow to unclipped, ditched the bike and landed safely both feet firmly on the grass verge :-) Nae luck Alan, but thank god no real damage done! Take it easy!

Never done it in the winter Billy but what about Dumbarton, Helensburgh, round coast road to Kilgreggan and back again? Dumbarton- Helensburgh road can be a bit busy but no worse than Coast road to Largs.

Really enjoyed yesterday, great buzz being off the front even though it was probably a bit daft can't wait for next summer unlucky to Richard with a blow out and well done to everyone involved, absolutely fantastic day :-)
