2023 Subscriptions GrahamF Posted August 13, 2015 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted August 13, 2015 Westferry again this week for the last of this year's scheduled League of 10 TTs, so last chance to get a new PB for the course this season! As before, first rider off at 19:00, meet at 18:45 at the layby on the Clyde side of the M8/A8 roundabout between Bishopton and Langbank. A 10 mile route up to the roundabout at Ferguson's Shipyard, Port Glasgow and back. Please post if you plan to ride. Two volunteers please to time-keep and hold-up, I will probably not make it this week. The following week will be 2-ups on the Geogetown, so this week may be a good time to pair up in preparation. Members Richard
I went hillwalking yesterday for the first time in ages. I enjoyed it more than my legs, which are now in a bad way. The forecast for tonight looks really, really good, though, so I'll try to ride over and see what the damage is en route.

2023 Subscriptions AlanT Posted August 18, 2015 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted August 18, 2015 Thanks to Carol, Karen and Dave for timekeeping and holding up. Well done to Richard going sub 22. Just checked back on my times from last year, and I was still short of a PB by about 20 seconds. Still, faster than last week with tired legs to start with is a positive.

Members Richard
Cheers, Carol, David and Karen. Much appreciated. Well done, PBers! That was a good night for fast rides but maybe not a great night so there's plenty of scope to shave off a few seconds more. 18 quid transferred to the club's bank account.
