Another lovely day out in glorious sunshine. The lumpy Largs v 2.0 seems to have been a success, although the group did get smaller as the day wore on.  For  those that finished, a well-earned cold one at Amaretto was the icing on the cake. Thanks to all.

One of the finest moments. The day Darryl went down on Arran (sorry D). Alex and I encountered a brand new breed to us. Cockerpoos! Alex went out and got one the very next day. For anyone who follows his Instagram see many pics of Ziggy. Anyway my point is Alex didn’t feck about. He went out there and grabbed life by the baws. May he long be an example to us all!

Well, that was a cracking run today!
Lots of hills, lots of wheels, lots of cakes, lots of tube repair (all Charlie’s, great entertainment so it was :-) lots of cold beer & loads of sun shine ............. what else do you need on a May Sunday!
Thanks again Charlie, for making my wish come true (I merely hinted to him last Sunday that I’ve not been to Largs for a while) :-) & organising the sun to play ball too!
Also to all the wheels today, great company as always!

You really could replicate a Ronde in this country if it was more receptive to cycling. Round the coast run to Lugton for 1st 80 miles then hit a dozen or so of the back road bergs like Shilford, Elliston, Spateston,  Glenburn braes climb etc. what a spectacle that would be. 
It was grand fun doing the bergs bit minus the coast this morning

this looks like a great route and I suspect that after the exertions of the Munt, the Bison will want to invite us to his ranch for a big breakfast and freshly brewed coffee before we take on the Geniffer Braes.

Now planning to cycle in tomorrow to meet 0930 Bunch at Morrisons so no chocolateyloveliness from me tomorrow. Hope this is enough notice to get over the bad news. 
 
In fairness I plan to rectify this injustice for Reliability #4
