I'm definitely up for Double Arran. But I'm 10 seconds off breaking 22 minutes on the Westferry. A final turbo session on Saturday, rest then The Frank Lauder 10m TT trophy on Tuesday. Hope Saturday goes well and take a day off the Renfrew Bunch and get down next Tuesday and visit the dark side.

I'm an athlete on a strict performance diet, will be a roll and fried egg for me!

White bread for the quicker releasing carbohydrate, fat for slower burn energy, animal protein to start recovery sooner. Just make sure you also add some tomato gel for vitamins for the perfect workout fuel.

Strava alert - Pretty well a direct tailwind from Sorn to Muirkirk. Belter of a road to give it dokey. Could do with 30mph mind you. Just sayin.

Plenty of time to be sociable in the cafe whilst we tackle the monumnental chicken burger.
