2023 Subscriptions GrahamF Posted March 23, 2015 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted March 23, 2015 10:00am Langbank, about 10 miles. Following on from last week, which was great fun with wonderful weather! This is the second and final of the Langbank Hillys this season, so your last chance to record a time. As last week, the start is in Langbank, just along from The Wheelhouse restaurant. The course runs up the B789 all the way to the small roundabout in the middle of Houston, where you turn and re-trace most of the way back to Langbank. The end of the course cuts off to the left before the last steep sections and finishes at the entrance to Gleddoch Country Club. Here is a link to the route: http://www.mapmyride.../view/650383978 An undulating course, reasonably quiet road for those yet to do their first TT, open to those who intend to join the club or are already a member. Iain Cowden and Mike Ferguson have offered to officiate, but supporters / photographers are always welcome. james-maclaren

2023 Subscriptions AlanT Posted March 28, 2015 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted March 28, 2015 Is this still on this morning? Very wet roads and high gusty winds makes it a bit risky.

Iain Cowden
Five hardy souls ventured out this morning in challenging winds, though as forecast the rain did ease! Times as follows: 1. Alan McBride 26:48 PB (Paid) 2. Ian McGinty 27:43 PB (Paid) 3. Alan T 29:47 (Paid double last week) 4. Mike Ferguson 33:02 (Paid) 5. James Maclaren 33:23 (Payment to come/next time) Some great times and PBs on a tough, early season morning and a fine win for Alan McB on full muddies and no tri bars Well done to all. Many thanks to Paul L for haudin' up and early identification of finishing riders. £9.00 to club funds on the day. Iain GrahamF
