I thought Jannza who was helping time-keep may of needed fresh batteries in her stopwatch, it felt like a fast 24 at best. I'll be interested to see what you can acheive there next tuesday after you past me at warp speed on the cycle path last week! Aye Richard, that was with tri bars. BIG difference! Mind, i did have half a dundee cake in my bag waiting for me on my return, hence the rush. Looking forward to the next one, never imagined swimming in lactic acid could be so fun.
