A plan for the Saturday run this week - introducing a bit more structured drills,

 

Morrisons 8.30am,

10 miles down the track to Glengarnock and up to Admiralty circuit, then,

5 miles riding in a pace line at a strictly MODERATE pace, emphasis on technique, positioning in the wind, communication etc,

5 miles through and off at a strictly MODERATE pace - emphasis on the finer points of pulling over and pacing through,

5 miles through and off continental style - MODERATE pace - similar emphasis as above,

Then a fast though and off at higher pace for a lap (9 miles), probably split into 2 groups for this,

 

Then - free time to just ride your bike !
