Today as the sole entrant in this totally made up event I successful won by miles and set a new course record! Total time - 5 hours 17 mins! Got an ironman in six weeks so needed to have a run through! Transition are at ironman pace to get all foods and stuff ready!! Just put one foot in front of the other and repeat!
