Wakey wakey people. Still some folks that need to post predictions.

With the problems on the bunch in the last couple of days some have texted me or sent their choices via Facebook. For those of you who do not have my number or are not on Facebook you now have till 10am tomorrow to submit your choices with no penalty.

The first race of our season has now ended (whilst most of us were Ya-a-aawwnnn ) with Billy and David roaring into the lead - not often you get to hear that Billy

All that training must be paying off for your grey matter what with no power increase and no weight loss :smash

So our first table of the year looks like this:

Joint 1st Billy and David - 14 points

2nd Duncan - 9 points

3rd Chung - 7 points

Joint 4th Kenny and Paul M - 6 points

Joint 5th Me, Richie and Jann - 4 points

6th Greig - 2 points

Joint 7th - Paul C, Tom, Ramsay, Alan and Martin - 0 points

Some noticable early season mistakes - Martin no entry and Alan no team selected :icon_butting_comp

Our new signings seem to be settling in well with good performances from David, Chung and Kenny.

Old hand and former champ Duncan has clearly trained well over the winter and is up for the fight.

Look out for Tour of Oman and required predictions.

Sorry to be the first person to question your scoring system but I believe I am entitled to 2 more points therefore 16 overall :-? .

Rohan Denis 1st KOM = 10

Andre Greipel in top 3 Sprinters but in wrong position = 2

EBH in top 3 Sprinters but in wrong position = 2

A.Valverde in top 3 Overall but in wrong position = 2

Cheers David

Colin, have mercy Whaur's the party, then?

duncan

Yes please do. I know your a busy man.

Paul, exams finished on Friday :icon_yes

David, good predictions but who on earth is Rohan Denis and how did you hear about him?

UniSA always win the KOM so I just went for the best rider from the team. He does a lot of track cycling and has done a 4.13 4km pursuit so thought there was a good chance he would be in the break most days.

1st David - 16 points

2nd Billy - 14 points

3rd Duncan - 9 points

4th Chung - 7 points

Joint 5th Kenny and Paul M - 6 points

Joint 6th Me, Richie and Jann - 4 points

7th Greig - 2 points

Joint 8th - Paul C, Tom, Ramsay, Alan and Martin - 0 points

Points table above ammended to reflect the error so capably pointed out by David. Unfortunately that means that Billy has been pipped to the post (not the first time big man  )

Muliti million excell spreadsheet let down by 2 bob operator who neglected to include the points for Valverde

David,

I think you may have been neglecting your studies if you have managed to data trawl this information. It also suggests a somewhat more scientific approach from the normal, pin the tail on the donkey (Brushegin- now what happened to him...)

cheers
