Wow......Jann storms it again Hello, beer !!

1st place with 9 points (Radioshack in 2nd and Garmin in top 3)

Joint 2nd Me, Ramsay and Duncan with 4 points (could have been joint 1st Duncan  )

Too many to mention in 3rd with 2 points

As Ramsay has focused my attention to the late entries I have reffered back to my original posts and have deducted 5 points from the overall scores of those who submitted entries after the deadline :twisted leer

So all that leaves our table looking like this:

1st Jann 31 points

2nd Richie 24 points

3rd Me 21 points

Joint 4th Billy and David 20 points

5th Duncan 13 points

6th Paul M 12 points :icon_comp_rage

7th Chung 11 points

8th Paul C 7 points

Joint 9th Kenny S (no entry Stoooopid! ), Greig (no entry Stoooopid! ) and Ramsay :twisted leer 6 points

Joint 10th Alan , Tom  and Martin (no entry Stoooopid!) 0 points

Colin :twisted leer

I was "grassed up" last year and have already been docked points this year, so........ :icon_mooning

Although, now I think about it, I'm sure I will be begging for leniency some time later in the season.

Duncan - I think admitting your guilt in cycling gets you a two year ban! Especially if you had powder in the Alps, when I had slush in the Dolomites! ;-)

Paul - I'll buy you a coffee next time I'm out (think I owe you one anyway!). :-P

Oh ya dancer !Oh ya dancer !

Colin

Genuine curiosity - do you have a spreadsheet with embedded "if" statements and VLOOKUP tables, pivot tables etc?

Or do you do a longhand scoring?

Either way - great job and great fun (except when you're docked 5 pts even when you have a genuine signed letter from your mum)

Oh ya dancer !

Remember folks, Milan San Remo this coming Saturday Oh ya dancer !

Predictions required for top 3.

Also this is the first of the classics that you can play your joker card on for the possibility of triple points The bloke's not well... . You can only use it once though so be careful ;-)

Paul, gave up on the spreadsheet and have reverted to using the supercomputer that I have been developing over the last 36 years ;-)

For those whose memory is failing them due to age or those who just can't be a***d looking back through the previous postings:

Additional Scoring Oppertunity - Each entrant will have 2 joker cards. One will apply to classic races and one to Grand Tours (Italy, France and Spain). These will be worth TRIPLE points, must be notified with original predictions and will work as follows:

Classics - Choose which top 3 you have selected has the most chance of success and play joker. Any points scored will be x3. Be careful though as you only have 1 card so can only choose 1 race to play it

Grand Tours - Same as above but applies to one category within a race only (ie Overall, Climbers or Sprinters). So if you think you have chosen the top 3 sprinters in the TDF then play your joker for points x3

Soooooo many people with Cancellara for the win today Oh ya dancer !

Is easier to say who lost out - Billy, Greig (no entry), Ramsay, Paul C and Alan all missed out on the sure bet :icon_mooning

Overall Tirrenno Winner - Tom 22 points (Cav 1 win, Nibali 1st GC, Sagan top 3 points) Hello, beer !!

2nd place David 21 points

3rd place Jann and Alan 20 points

Overall table:

Joint 1st Billy and Jann 67 points

2nd Tom 64 points

3rd Paul M 62 points

Joint 4th Me and David 60 points

5th Richie 54 points

6th Chung 44 points

7th Ramsay 42 points

8th Greig 40 points (no entries Stoooopid! )

9th Duncan 37 points

10th Alan 22 points (and finally off the mark)

11th Paul C 13 points

12th Kenny S 6 points (have you given up already???????)

13th Martin 0 points (is there anybody out there?!?!?!?!?!?)

Ramsay is correct that MSR predictions are required by 23.59 Friday (2 great engineering minds think alike ;-) ).

Colin,

I believe the points I scored for KOM have not been added to my total.

1st-Stefano Pirazzi (Colnago - CSF Inox)

2nd-Egoi Martinez (Euskaltel-Euskadi)

So an extra 17 points.

Total 60 points

Thanks David

P.S That would also make me T-A champion with 31 points.
