Mark O Posted July 8, 2011 Report Share Posted July 8, 2011 I lost the back wheel on some gravel. Wasn't travelling at any speed and went down heavy on my left side. Probably heavier than I realised at the time. Leg and ribs ok now just well bruised, interesting colours. Shoulder has taken a right knock and going out Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday hasn't helped. No real damaged done. Just very uncomfortable and weak. A Thursday night doing would not have been a good idea. No worries though back for a thrashing next week!
