Frank Gilroy out at Hampden Stadium. Can't recommend him highly enough. He runs and cycles himself, and they have a hydrotherapy pool.

Haven't heard anything, so I'm not going to head to the clubrooms.

The weather forecasts suggest rain for tomorrow morning. If so, is anyone still planning to ride?

My Dad and I are coming along, will be 5 mins late though.
