If I am correct an 11-speed compatible hub needs a space to use a 10-speed cassette. 

I would like to ride. Haven't been on my TT bike since September!!

Strange as I have never had anything but great service from Wiggle. Just had an issue with a groupset that I bought more than 13 months ago from Wiggle for my bike build. Some parts missing/damaged that I had not noticed until I came to the build. I wrote to them more out of annoyance than expecting anything to be done. They asked for receipts for the parts I replaced and refunded within 24 hours.

Do you have a Collect plus receipt? If so then that is your proof of postage.

I have a hacksaw picture frame cutting jig that I have used on several steerer tubes with no problem. You are welcome to use this. Also I have a carbon-specific expanding head-tube nut/bolt assembly that you can swap for the star nut, if you wish.

Turbo was a good choice. Waves crashing over rocks onto the road after the 40 sign at Largs. When one hit and caught the bottom of my wheels, I decided it might be prudent to turn around and head home!!'

Spray/soak in WD40. Then try to tighten first! This usually breaks the "seal" and you should be able to remove them. Make sure you have a good quality screwdriver bit of the correct size so that you don't ruin the screw head.

Tacx's top end virtual reality turbo trainer. Five years old and used regularly in winter until last year. I bought Garmin Vector pedals and used a simple gel turbo for short sessions and will do the same this year.

Trainer was £1000 new.

I have all the trainer software that I have upgraded to, since new. If you wish to use the VI you will need to purchase a license and have a decent broadband connection.

Steerer frame has some corrosion from sweat but this is easily fixed with some emery paper and Hammerite.
