I have politely persisted with the velodrome to see if the Sunday morning booking is possible. Best I got was an email reply to say not possible at that time and not possible that day.
Basically you have to just keep submitting a form with selected time but without any idea of when it might be available.
A tad frustrating but won't complain as it is a fantsastic facility and its early days for the booking processes etc,

Ps I phoned today to check out availability to book a club session. Only way it is possible right now is to book a 1 hour party booking so I said it would be someone's birthday whenever a date was available!
Anyway it is £160 for one hour and I am pretty sure we could rustle up at least 15 riders even if we pull in some from other clubs if not enough JWCC.
It is a moot point until she phones me back as she had to check with manager if it was permitted to do such a let at this time.
I plan to chase up tomorrow.

8 fanatics including David T and me ploughed a furrow in the water round the coast road to W Kilbride. David was cut short with a mechanical at Inverkip. Pace was a fair clip to try and keep body temp above the critical limit. Nice single line from Inverkip to Largs and run in along admiralty circuit, but without habble as most hands were too numb to change gears!

Long shot and I can't even remember how to do it but a couple of times I was snooked with the security settings, and even one memorable occasion when I didn't realise for ages that the wireless was inadvertently switched off!

By track I meant velodrome (not cycle track) and by mud I meant cyclocross !!
Was just highlighting the vast range of cycle related acttivities we can all indulge in these days.
And I couldn't agree more - especially as one who cannot wear glasses - muddies all round for any road stuff

Was excellent, big show, very professional, very Belgium feel with VIPs having meal and vino in track centre, big stars, full house, superb choreography with pumping music, pre determined outcomes in many races - who would have believed this would ever happen in glasgow?

Also, I can reveal that, as such good supporters of past Drumlanrig challenge rides, Johnstone Wheelers will be given advance entry for as many members as they would like for 2013. This is strictly for your club members, not other friends. The Lochaber 100 sportive was fantastic, another one to consider.
