Damage to me was some bust ribs, bruised shoulder, hip and knee. Damage to bike, another ergo lever! Think I did ok. 3 hours without seeing a doctor was enough, so home for dinner. Phil, just a caution, if you do have broken ribs, then you are at risk of a pneumothorax (collapsed lung). This can be very serious and would need urgent attention. Any suggestion of breathlessness, get attention. This is unlikely, but a potential risk. Trying not to sound like Dr Doom.
