Great day out, bit tired now as hard slog along west ferry into the wind. Thanks to Richard and Ginty for the wheels. Can't wait now for next week and here's hoping the weather gods are good to us. 08.30 bridge for me

This is what I miss working away, the joy of getting spat out the back before Woodall roundabout.... 45 minutes spin and 30 minutes on watt bike in Scouse land, not the same as being out!
