Hi not sure yet but if coming it would be 9.00 group obviously and could cut it short as not been on a bike for weeks so slower than usual which is pretty slow these days

Well Billy my watch recorded 13.5 mph which is not bad for going up a hill think the guys were going a bit slower than normal as they were waiting for me and Boyd so sorry for spoiling your ride.

Nice run today lovely weather. Nice to have newbie Innis with us. First time outdoor coffee stop this year at favourite place Dalgarven Mill lovely. Pace defo went up when Martin came back with us och well good for getting fitter

Hi everyone thought we could have a social / Christmas night out as not had one for a while. I have booked Amaretto again hopefully that's ok for most people. Table booked for 7. 30 ish and as before informal drinks or food or both. Good to catch up for some good chat an banter. We are also going to post about going to Majorca in mid May so we could discuss that too. Post up if you can make Amaretto

Hi Martin yes it was the good samaritans 30 milers. Mia gave advice and David straightened his handlebars and put his chain back on. That was nice of that lady to thank us.
