  2. There is now a website that automates strava segment challenges, so thought i'd give it a go over the winter and see how it goes and if it works will use it for the summer one. If it works as intended i will just need to set up the stages at the start and then dont need to do anything - it will automatically take the times from club members who ride the segment and then do the scoring. There will be 5 stages between now and Feb 28th 2019 First stage is keep your booty rooted to the seat https://www.strava.com/segments/3356126 results and league table will appear here: https://segmentchallenge.com/challenges/jwcc-winter-segment-challenge scoring is as follows Stage position 1st 2nd 3rd 4th 5th 6th 7th 8th 9th 10th General Classification points 15 12 10 8 6 5 4 3 2 1 KOM/QOM - Mountain stage 10 8 6 4 2 - - - - - KOM/QOM - Rolling stage 5 4 3 2 1 - - - - - Sprint - Flat stage 10 8 6 4 2 - - - - - Sprint - Rolling stage 5 4 3 2 1 - - - - -

What Chung has forgotten to mention is that our digs are right beside this beauty, so very handy for practice on Friday afternoon :-) https://cyclinginflanders.cc/segment/haaghoek PS also the street where I broke my Colnago

  10. Stevie, I have fitted your 49 ring to try, thanks for the loan - not going to make track league as missed midnight deadline Thursday, emailed to plead case 5.30am Friday morn, have not had a reply.

  11. These KoM challenges threaten to corrupt my secret training program to win the sprints on the Georgetown next year. Can I suggest all the segments are left open all winter so I can win them when my periodisation cycle, wind direction and air density match in perfect alignment. Thanks. I am currently working on long term mitochondria improvement.
