2023 Subscriptions AlanT Posted August 19, 2014 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted August 19, 2014 You need to look at doing the acred 1 session first, then 2,3 and 4. You'll need to register with the Glasgow sports club so that you can book the sessions. £10 gets you a 1 hour cred1 and includes bike, shoe and hat hire. All you need is the rest of the gear, and to turn up on time. Levels 1 and 2 are 1 hour sessions, 3 and 4 are 2 hour sessions and much harder.  Enjoy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
