Administrators Jannza Posted January 12, 2014 Administrators Report Share Posted January 12, 2014  GTM King of the Mountains Sportive  This is just an early nudge to let you know that the GTM King of the Mountains Sportive will take place this year on Saturday 17 May. Last year's magnificent entry of 500 riders is expected to be bettered this time round. You can help by passing this information round your club members, friends and work colleagues.  It's a tough sportive, especially at the 100kms and 100 miles distance. It was never intended to be easy taking riders over some of the best climbs in the country. So beat the rush, get entries in as soon as possible.  You can access an entry form here Payment may be made here.  Format is similar to last year but extra accommodation has been secured for car parking and additional cover in the event of bad weather.  More information will be published as organisation progresses.  Website: www.deeside.org
al yuille
http://ridewithgps.com/routes/2176036. Route of the Wiggle Hell of Hexham sportive. Sportive is the same day as Ride London if you've already cleared the wkd and don't get a place. Rode some of these roads last year and scenery is stunning. Could ride as a club awayday. Still got the Fred Whitton route to do as well. P McD targeting so no doubt will happen come what may !
