Mark O
Paul, I'm a strong doubt for tonight. Been incubating a summer (ha ha) head cold for last day and a bit. Don't think a soaking tonight will do me any good. Hoping to be shot of it for Sunday JD memorial. Mark
Paul C
Mark, Lashing down in LW at the mo so giving it a miss tonight. Paul.
DavieB
Another no show I'm afraid - work as opposed to man flu or weather related. I know what's the worst in my opinion. D
vicky begg
Weather shocking - if it improves in the next hour (unlikely) I'll be coming, but otherwise I think its just too rubbish...

Mike Ferguson
Another wet and windy night on the Georgetown. Eight hardy JWCC riders and one guest. Fastest on the night was Kenny C with a 16.42, closely followed by David and James. The times in the order people set off were as follows:- Jannza - 27.49 pd Greig - 23.35 pd Mary - 22.09 pd Iain - 18.29 pd David 16.56 pd Ramsay -17.33 James - 16.57 Kenny - 16.42 pd Tam G - 15.29 (confirmed by his Garmin saw bench replacement) £18 collected for the Club. Will bring cheque next week. Ramsay has volunteered to be time keeper next week. Time Keeper - Mike Ferguson assisted by Barry. Thanks to Jannza for bringing the stop watches particularly the big one.

Kenny Christie
Many thanks indeed to you Mike for your time keeping prowess. And Barrie for setting us off. Foul weather, but the rain abated for long enough to allow us to get up and down the road.
Administrators Jannza Posted June 21, 2011 Author Administrators Report Share Posted June 21, 2011 Thanks Mike for timekeeping and Barrie for the push off. For anyone who doesn't know already, its not a good idea to time trial in an ultra packable, waterproof shorts and goretex overshoes if you are trying to go fast but it does keep you dry Woo hoo 16 points
Stanley Accrington
Adding thanks tpoo from Mary and Iain
2023 Subscriptions Ramsay Posted June 22, 2011 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted June 22, 2011 Thank you Mike for time keeping and to barry for holding and a generous push off! As Mike says, I'll timekeep next week, as I'm doing the Couriers 10TT on the Wednesday. Punctured on the way home last night and by the time I got going again, it was a proper monsoon. It was the wetest and coldest I've been in months. Mid summers day?!? Cheers, R
