I have to say a huge thank you to Charlie, Andy, kenny and especially darryl for nursing me home after I hit the wall around the 60 mile mark. The last 15 miles were the toughest I've ever done. More training required I think. Should have known as I had only ever done 60 mile till today. I'll be better prepared next time. As Paul said, it was a bit sketchy on the way to Johnstone, but generally the roads were ok, considering. I ended the day with just over 60 miles done and near cramp in both legs!
