Racing at Rothesay on Sunday so won't be out on a run.
Driving or train to catch 12 noon ferry at Wemyss Bay so why not cycle down and come over and cheer on the Wheelers
taking part in the various races. In previous years some groups have gone the long way via Dunoon or Rest.

Full club run to Largs next week.

The weather forecast for this Sunday is for heavy rain and wind.
If it proves to be wrong and there is a dry window from 9.30am, would anyone be able to a local run say for a couple of hours.
Houston, Gleddoch, Kilmacolm, Lochwinnoch. but it looks as if it will just be too wet.
Will check on Sunday morning if going out.

How about run to Drymen ,same as run of a few weeks ago but returning by same route via Bonhill .
Clubrooms ;Miller St 9am.
Head for Erskine Bridge , Dumbarton, Bonhill, back road to Croftamie to Drymen for coffee stop.
Bit more than 30 miles but steady pace and fairly flat run.
Please post up if coming.

Just like to add that Calmac never had much choice but to refund the tickets when Boyd the Boss set about them.

Me, Carol, Morna and maybe Boyd are planning to take the five ferries route starting from Ardrossan on the 9.45am ferry.
The route goes from Brodick to Lochranza to Clonaig to Tarbet to Portavadie to Colintraive to Rothesay to Wemyss Bay and is a bit of a classic. Although appox 51miles is hilly in places and an all day trip to include the ferries.
Would be suitable for early retired, pensioners, students, teachers etc and anyone on holiday from work like me .
Others are welcomed to join us

Thanks to Jan and the rest of the timekeepers, and Martin for holding in what was a very wet morning. Good to see so many Jets turn out under these conditions. Well done to all involved.
