Plan to be there...DONT think splitting into groups would be a good idea

Thanks for the run today chaps and was a good pace, came home and went to my bed haven’t felt that sick on the bike in a very long.....hoping a nice beer will help me out

Unfortunately last day of hockey season and plate Scottish cup final, so will head for an early shorter run and see you the following week..
