Two big key points for you one your not doing a 10 TT so aerodynamics and maintains an uncomfortable position is not a big priority Two you are doing an iron man comfort and Zone 3 for a long time is your priority , moving seat forward may be Good for short duration TT but maybe not for long distance

Enjoyable night , bit stop start night 12 lap scratch which warmed the legs, devil which was sort of fun until back wheel made a funny noise so I bottled it and came off the track ,nothing wrong with it . Then the delay got cold raced the 24 points race which was fun , then decided it was home time as I am getting up early to go to the gym

The frame angles are different to a road bike that's to get your hips in the right place for an aero position , you could do it but don't think I would like the road ride element of it . also your TT set up seat position set back seat height is way different than TT . So bad bad idea How tall are you as I could lend you a P3 if not racing

Weather dry and not overly cold so route Elderslie Morrisons monkey house Gledoch wall old Greenock road BB then west Kilbride home

Looking to go out about 0900 Elderslie 0910 Morrisons Route tbc but 60 ish miles or 3/4 hours weather looking reasonable

If carbon stearer dont fit star they are not used with carbon Measure twice rap tape below cut line cut sand all done Instead of star washer should be a frictions expanded Bung
