had a good introduction to the sat run,droped of the back at west k but sat within view most of the time, got to kilwinning and went the shorter way home coffee and bacon roll in graze caffe then home, not the fastest but not blowen up. iain

i will be there, i might even decide to ride all the races, i just had to let someone else be back man. iain

as i have posted before, i have thoroughly enjoyed my two years with the club, this year saw me being inspired to start racing,in my first year i have managed road, mtn bike and track, i wish i could say succesfully,however its all about taking part! My best of 2012 would be club runs, sad but true,so thanks all for the helpfull criticisim ( you know who you are).Strong legs to all for 2013. iain

sorry billy didnt manage to retain the cup, Paisley velo wone it back, i only managed 3rd. Weather was splendid with rays of rain and and plenty high speed gentle breeze. iain

had my first race on the track tonight, harder than it looks! quite chuffed though, on my first year racing i have managed road mtn bike and track, it did get pointed out it is mid life crisis, i dont understand why its not happend before. iain

i have got an entry for wed evening however i am not sure if the track still hire bikes for racing does anyone know, tried calling but got no reply, was going to hire club bikes but i couldnt get one. iain

i have now done my level 4 and want to have a go at racing on wed, i should manage to get my licence sorted out on line ok, i would therefore like to hire a 56cm bike from the club if possable. i am not sure who i see or pay. iain

i would like to do this, a coach would be good so that we actualy learn something other than last man standing. iain
