2023 Subscriptions martin Posted July 28, 2017 Author 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted July 28, 2017 Thanks chaps, how about 9.00 from the clubrooms for 50 or so miles? (*but not Glen Fruin Charlie) The more the merrier - anyone else up for a steady run and some sparkling repartee? Open to suggestions on a route Cheers Mul

Life Members chung Posted July 29, 2017 Life Members Report Share Posted July 29, 2017 Martin & all, I'm just back from a few days in Isle of Lewis, a diet of Calmac finest canteen offerings & Stornoway pudding, I need to do some exercise to burn these off. So, I'll be out too - 9am at the clubroom for me! As for route - can I be controversial & suggest Largs :-) I've not been for quite a while - maybe cycle track to Kilbirnie, then down the Haylie - cafe & back via Brisbane Glen? Otherwise - I'll go anywhere - not fussed :-) See youse tomorrow! Cheers Chung
stevie
Any one have a link to the route - probably some new roads to me.
2023 Subscriptions GrahamF Posted July 29, 2017 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted July 29, 2017 See you at 9:00, I was up Brisbane Glen during the week - it's just reopened after some bridge repairs, happy to go back but equally happy to go anywhere there's a good cafe and good weather!!! chung

2023 Subscriptions Dave C Posted July 30, 2017 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted July 30, 2017 Thanks to Martin for the run and to the guys who helped me with the double puncture on the way back. Two snake bite holes on both tubes when examined back home, Nevertheless a good run in dry weather. Dave Ian Holms
