Kenny Christie kept up his good form and cracked the hour at only his second attempt with a 59.13 He also made the right decision not to wait for the prize giving and times to be read out as there was a delay of over an hour. Do not understand why they do not write the gross times up on a board for everyone to see immediately. Although conditions were good the winning time was 54.02 because of all the roundabouts. You get used to getting pelted with wind and rain on what seems like the vast majority of times you go out! There was little wind and t'was lovely and warm.
