Members Kenny MacDonald Posted April 25, 2009 Author Members Report Share Posted April 25, 2009 Update This was a superb event run over a safe course backed up by excellent organisation and an after race purvey ( meal of epic magnitude) What better back drop for a race than the mighty Ben still snow covered , and a loch reflecting mountain and glens. This plus glorious sunshine made this an event to remember. The cream of Scottish cycling were in attendance in a warm up for the national 10. Gentlemen Jim C pulled of a stunning ride to foil the mighty Dooleys squad ( although he was helped by an Arthur Doyle mishap which cost him a 1 1/2/ min penalty and the victory) This event is to be promoted as the national 10 in 2010 ( pending approval) we would recomend all JWCC riders pencil it in as an event to ride.
