  1. selling my bike bag, used a few times on club trips to TdF and Giro Includes 2 wheelbags, inner pockets for tools etc and clever zips to allow you to put it on a car rack when you get there. In very good condition, no rips, tears or marks. Casters on base for easy transportation. £65
  2. I've got a pair of the Rudy project ones (same as Kenny Steels) , tinted, yellow and clear lenses. You can have them if you want - obviously prescription lens won't suit but easy enough to get an optician to make yours.
  3. Clip on aero bars £10 or free to a Jet / student / first timer Tow Bar bike carrier I bought this from Kenny McDonald a long time ago, best described as functional and not pretty, don't expect anything fancy or with Thule written on the side. It bolts on to your existing bar then bars slot in to carry bikes. £0 -yes it free but feel free to make a donation to charity.
  4. not used any of these in a long time and cant see me using them again so grab a bargain Minoura Mag 500 Turbo Trainer lets be honest its just gathering dust. perfect working order £50
  5. not used any of these in a long time and cant see me using them again so grab a bargain Bianch SL Lite Alloy Reparto Corse This good few years old but still in good condition - a few scratches here and there as you would expect. Full Centaur 10 speed group set Original Bianchi Carbon forks Original Bianchi XL Levitation wheels and hubs Original matching Bianch saddle Black tyres New (ish) matching Bianchi handlebar tape not new but no creaks, groan or cracks . I bought this as a 58cm but I recon its really a 56cm - realistically too small for me but I rode it with saddle at max and it was OK - I'm 6'2" Jim Daly used this one winter on the turbo at clubrooms and it fitted him fine. Happy to let you try it out. £350 or £300 to a Jet

Broken elbow - and at his age!!!!!!! Hope it heals soon and he can get back on the bike to give us all a hard time. Probably best to wait till clocks change at the end of the month. What nights suit everyone? I don't have any set commitments so can make most nights (work permitting)

Pat I'm ready to go - all i need is some fitness, some ability and a decent pair of legs. Don't think I'll be able to make Dublin - Kent a possibility though. Clocks change later this month - might be worth waiting for the lighter nghts. A

  10. Sgoil Lionacleit Beautiful spot - did some work here a few years ago, not so sure about he winter though . Should be able to get a polo team together .
  11. Kenny All the best in your new school - which one is it?
  12. I'm up for Dublin and Kent - fitness, team and work permitting. April is early in the year so we would need to get some winter games in Is North Uist far enough?
  13. Billy thanks for all your work and advice. I managed one weights and one turbo session this week then bust all the ligaments in my left ankle in Wed night (didnt even involve drink, DIY or pushing the damn bike) Looks like a 6-8 week recovery but hopefully I can start some light exercise in 2-4 weeks. Simple question - is it better to delay the start of the program and follow it as planned or can I knock a week or 2 off base, build and intense phases and finish as planned? cheers Alan - now focused on the fat building stage
  14. Martin Be honest - is he lying on his side doing one arm press ups?
  15. hi all I'll be there on friday and will let Pat know. Anyone got the bikes?
