Committee Alan McLean Posted October 6, 2008 Committee Report Share Posted October 6, 2008 Some photos on http://flickr.com/photos/24303373@N03/ (If you would rather not have your photo included then please PM me) I can't believe Ramsay's time. Especially after he even TALKED to me on the way up. That probably lost him a second or two. Many congrats. A
Committee Alan McLean Posted October 6, 2008 Committee Report Share Posted October 6, 2008 Oops, just reread that. I'm not suggesting that Ramsay bought the timekeepers a pint to knock off a few seconds. Everything was officially UCI approved and it WAS a really fast time. Respect. 2023 Subscriptions Ramsay Posted October 9, 2008 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted October 9, 2008 Thanks guys. Have got a few more photos on the link below. Lots of people missing I'm afraid (especially the Jets), as they were going so fast it was blurred! A few of the photos are slightly blurred anyway, which I think is the camera setting and not the photographer (my lovely wife!!). http://www.photobox.co.uk/album/72303655 Alan - Not quite sure whether to be more offended ( ) at the suggestion of me paying off the timekeepers, or my likeness to a known drugs cheat!! I can assure you that I didn't bribe the timekeepers and the only performance enhancing products I used were four Weetabix and two poached eggs on toast (breakfast). Thanks again to Kenny, Kenny and Martin for timekeeping and holding/pushing off. Cheers Ramsay
