sorry guys can't make it this weekend. Have done that route before and pretty decent although need to be careful from Balmaha to Rowerdenan as single track road and cars don't slow down.

Three events, Cycle(road), MTB and Triathlon. we would only be doing the cycle and from what I can see 494kms over 3 days. I'll try to get more info and costs but can discuss on the 24th Nov
