09:30 it is then, Dave, since Graham has called his run off.
-
Was thinking of tagging along with Graham and the intermediates - at least until we hit the climb up onto the moor.
Open to other suggestions though, depending on who turns up.
9am at Miller St.
-
Everything is still available.

Great to be back out again - good pace, good route, good company. Thanks all.

Would love to make this a comeback run after what seems like a couple of months of being ill, then looking after grandkids to cover school holidays. Liverpool lot are not going home till tomorrow, but if I can sneak out, I will. But don't wait for me.

'Fraid not, Paul. Would probably have made it on the solo run had it not been for the detour down into Kildonan (and the big climb back out of there), but too old and unfit for this year's run to count - not to mention going the wrong way round.
Good thread, though, for raising awareness of the challenge.

I'll be in Liverpool this Sunday, so no run for me.

I'm hoping to be there.

Sorry to miss this - I have to be in Liverpool this week-end. Should make the full club run next week-end.
-
Weather is too bad - long lie this morning.

I'll be available to marshal. I'll try to get down to Bishopton for 8:00 - probably by bike.
-
I'm hoping to be at the club rooms for a 09:00 start - easy run, destination to be decided on the day, depending on who's out.
However, I've got family here, so I can't be 100% sure that I'll get away, so don't wait if I'm not there.

I'm hoping to be there, but with fam,ily up from Liverpool it may not happen, so don't wait for me if I'm not there.
-
I may be out if the weather is ok - as long as I have recovered from the last 24 hours with the grandkids.

A good day out, but not quite what was planned. Four of us pushed hard to get up to Lochranza in time for the ferry, only to find that the ferry had broken down and a replacement was going to take some time to get there (if it ever did), so we decided to carry on round Arran. We stopped at Shiskine Golf Club for a good lunch and some relief from the southerly breeze, before heading back round to Brodick.
The one good point was that Calmac took our complaint on board - they should not have sold us Five Ferries tickets at Ardrossan because the Lochranza ferry had broken down the previous day - since they refunded the tickets and gave us complimentary tickets to get back to Ardrossan, which paid for a beer at Brodick golf club before we left the island.

Thanks for posting, Dave.
I've got family staying over, so may not make the run, though I hope to be there. Don't wait for me.

Lovely run today, apart from one small problem - my Garmin ran out of battery before I got home so I lost a few miles, but certainly over 60 completed - probably nearer 65.
No damage done from coming off apart from a small bruise on the palm of the hand that Carol did not stand on - which gives me an excuse in case I lose my golf tie tomorrow :twisted leer . The bike's fine too. My theory about helmets making your head hit the road harder has also been proven.
Hope Morna's not too sore tonight after two of us landing on top of her.
