  1. Harthill +2 experienced one dark winters night trip through darkest North lanarkshire north of the M8, think Blair's Witch project. Next time Govan and as Alan says Celtic Park, i prefer Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome and then Bellshill, up to Shotts and then fly down into Livingston, short trip on A71 then short trip south through kirknewton to A70, colinton, fairmilehead, gilmerton, dalkeith then straight on to Mussleburgh. Much quicker in a strong westerly Here's my New Year's day ride through to Pencaitland but could have turned off to Mussleburgh at Dalkeith. http://connect.garmin.com/activity/138388973 Have a good one duncan

  4. Ramsey, quick, rub off the pen marks on your wall before you are found out! I am impressed at your level of detail though, just one thing about this bike, what is the anticipated 10MTT for a 70kg man, in no wind, given 267watt average? Failing that what about an African Swallow (unladen) duncan
  5. Yes please do. I know your a busy man. Paul, exams finished on Friday UniSA always win the KOM so I just went for the best rider from the team. He does a lot of track cycling and has done a 4.13 4km pursuit so thought there was a good chance he would be in the break most days. David, I think you may have been neglecting your studies if you have managed to data trawl this information. It also suggests a somewhat more scientific approach from the normal, pin the tail on the donkey (Brushegin- now what happened to him...) cheers duncan

  8. I have a great idea we need four people to try on jerseys photos taken then just look at photos of person of similar size and then decide which size. All models will be ensured our continued gratitude and all images would be instantly destroyed of course what could go wrong duncan

how were leopards known and lions not? Similar geographical distribution, I have been to Kenya twice, seen loads of lions but leopards elusive strange the way this forum goes sometimes, I particularly enjoyed the washing thread Duncan
  21. Having considered weighty matters such as time, I suggest all correspondence should be allied to GMT. Thus the ride tomorrow should be 09:33GMT at Georgetown. Had the ride been today, it would have been 08:33GMT, probably Although the history of cycling would tend towards Central European Time, that may prove a complication too far Hope that is helpful, adieu! Duncan
